great stay with minor annoyances

The staff were exceptionally courteous, and a special mention to Sabrina for her prompt assistance after our sleepless night. The Deluxe King Room was beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and spacious atmosphere.

Absolutely loved the saltwater pool and hot tub! The room was modern and quiet, making for a great stay.

Housekeeping was on request only! while decor felt dated, noticeable signs of wear and tear in several areas.

I had a lovely stay where the valet made every departure a breeze and I found a small bottle of champagne in my room for our anniversary—such a sweet surprise! The hotel has great spots to unwind, like a cozy bar with tasty cocktails and a relaxing patio. The only minor downside was that the decor felt a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. 😊

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the spacious Deluxe King Room with a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our anniversary feel special with a thoughtful gesture. I did encounter some issues with the refrigerator not working as expected, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, the welcoming atmosphere made up for it.

The location was perfect, right in downtown, just a short walk to the state capitol. My room was spacious and had a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had a roll-in shower, and I loved the complimentary toiletries. Plus, the fitness center and indoor pool were a great way to unwind after exploring the area.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from entertainment, and the overall vibe feels historical yet modern. Enjoyable amenities like the clean pool and Jacuzzi were a plus, and the customer service was notably friendly. However, maintenance issues like worn elevators and cleanliness in our room left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and stained surfaces that detracted from the experience.
